What We Do

We bake a range of hand-crafted, small-batch breads and pastries right here in our bakery each morning. You’ll also find a tasty selection of freshly made sandwiches, focaccia, and pizzas straight from the oven, topped with the best seasonal ingredients. And if you’re after a pick-me-up, we’ve got great coffee, proper tea, and plenty of cakes and tray bakes to enjoy with them.

Everything we bake starts with high-quality, natural ingredients. By giving our dough time to rise slowly, we bring out the best flavour and make our bread easier to digest. We’re not trying to reinvent baking — just doing it the way it’s been done for generations, with care and patience.

We do our best to tread lightly on the environment. All of our takeaway packaging is biodegradable, and the energy that runs our bakery comes from renewable sources. It’s all part of our commitment to doing things the right way — for our customers and our community.
