What We Do
We bake a range of hand-crafted, small-batch breads and pastries. We also have a selection of freshly made take-away filled rolls, croissants and focaccia. Our fresh from the oven pizzas use the best seasonal ingredients. Everything we serve, from our loaves to our pastries, we bake daily. We also have a range of great coffees and teas to go, along with delicious tray bakes and cakes.
​Whatever type of bread we bake, we only use high quality, natural ingredients. This, together with allowing time for slow fermentation, creates bread that is not only full of flavour, but easier for us to digest. We are not inventing anything new – just baking bread the way it was done for thousands of years.
We do our best to reduce our impact on the environment. So our take away packaging is biodegradable, and the energy to run the bakery is all from renewable sources.
