The bakery is located in the heart of Pitlochry, a step away from the high street. Adjacent to Atholl Road you will find Mill lane that runs along side the Moulin Burn.

Freshly Baked Bread, Pizza & Pastries

Each day we bake fresh breads, loaves and pastries in our authentic stone oven. We pride ourselves on the use of fresh produce with the scent of sweet fragrance, cinnamon and the aroma of freshly risen dough to inspire your taste from the moment you walk through our door.

Some loaves, such as Rye Bread, that take longer to prepare are only available on specific days - see the list below for details. To avoid disappointment you are welcome to place an order for collection.

A golden crusted loaf of olive bread. Gold cooked colour with rough textures on tip and sitting on a wooden board.

Cut in half focaccia bread, with salt, rosemary and herb crispy top.

All items are prepared daily and sold over our bakery counter, to avoid disappointment and to get fresh pick of sourdoughs, croissants and rolls, we highly recommend visiting our bakery before 1pm.

Take Away Coffee and Light Bites

Coffee

A range of tea and coffee using the finest roasted coffee beans, serving the Café classics from Espresso, Latte, Flat Whites and Mocha's to deliciously sweet Hot Chocolate and a selection of herbal teas.

Sandwiches

Freshly prepared sandwiches with a choice of bread, including; Seeded Rolls, Focaccia, Brown Rolls and Croissants.
Sandwich fillings change daily to offer variety, these often include; Ham & Cheddar, Brie, Mango and Chilli Chutney or Mozzarella, Pesto and Tomato.

Pizza Sices

We hope the mouthwatering scents of cooked pizza dough craves your light bite and lunch hunger. Serving fresh pizza slices daily with a range of different pizza toppings and smooth mozzarella cheese! Available to take away or sit in.

Pastries

Craving a sweet tooth? Every day we bake sweet pastries from fruit danish to pain au chocolat, individual cakes and tray bakes. Perfect for an afternoon treat to take away or to sit in and enjoy with a coffee.

Stuart

My son and I walked along the main high street and had to follow the amazing smell that was coming from behind the shops.

We went in and bought an absolutely amazing loaf of bread. Goes without saying that the loaf didn't last the day as it was all eaten by lunchtime.

Will be returning as soon as possible.
